OREANDA-NEWS. On February 29, 2008 Kvazar-Micro Company, one of the leading system integrators that work in Eastern Europe and CIS countries announced that Vladimir Yasinsky was appointed to the post of the President of the Company. On this post Mr. Yasinsky replaced Maxim Ageev who was the head of Kvazar-Micro since February 2006, reported the press-centre of Kvazar-Micro Company.
 
Change of company’s management was caused by new stage of its work on the market connected first of all with the necessity of increase of level and quality of interaction between business lines in JSC SITRONICS.
 
Preparation to such integration took two years. During this time under the direction of Maxim Ageev Kvazar-Micro expanded essentially geography of presence on post-Soviet territory and in the countries of Eastern Europe, turned system integration and consulting into leading business line, carried out tens of large innovative information and communication projects, developed original decisions for a number of key vertical markets. Let’s remind that company’s turnover in 2006 exceeded 560 million dollars.

The new president of Kvazar-Micro Vladimir Yasinsky was born in 1972 in Kiev. He graduated from Moscow Physics and Technology Institute, studied financial discipline in Amsterdam Institute of Finance (the Netherlands). Mr. Yasinsky’s whole professional activity is connected with work on IT market. In 1994 Mr. Yasinsky was accepted to the post of Intel product manager in Kvazar-Micro, then he became Business Development Director and since February 2004 till March 2006 he occupied the post of Financial Vice-President of Kvazar-Micro. In 2006-2007 Mr. Yasinsky worked in JSC SITRONICS at the post of the First Vice-President and continued to carry out problems of Kvazar-Micro strategic development as a member of board of the company.
