OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2008. The rating agency Standard & Poor's published its release concerning B.I.N.BANK's ratings that remained unaffected by changes in shareholder structure, reported the press-centre of B.I.N.BANK.

Current ratings do not incorporate support from the shareholder.

However, the agency noted that it would monitor the situation and the shareholder's willingness to render support by commitment to increase the capital which would be deemed as a facilitating factor for rating upgrade.
