Sampo Fund Management Changes Fund Regulations
OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2008. After the information systems of Sampo Bank and Sampo Fund Management are integrated with Danske Bank‘s systems, almost all of the fund regulations of mutual funds administered by Sampo Fund Management will change on 25 March 2008, reported the press-centre of Sampo Bank.
No actions are required of fund unit-holders due to the amendment of fund regulations.
It will not cause any costs or tax consequences to fund unit-holders, and will not affect the value of your holdings. The fund price list will remain the same; in other words, no changes have been made to the fund fees (excluding Mandatum US Bond Fund (non-UCITS).
The amendments to the fund regulations due to come info force on 25 March 2008
Wherever the word Mandatum appears in fund names it will be replaced by the word Danske. In addition, the names of some funds that begin with Sampo will be changed to begin with Danske. All of Sampo Fund Management‘s funds will become part of Danske Bank‘s Europe-wide Danske Fund family.
Some changes have been made to the fund regulations concerning the investment of assets and fund valuation. In addition, the regulations of the Mandatum US Bond Fund (non-UCITS) have been amended.
