OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 March 2008 was announced, that Neglinnaya Plaza mixed-use complex opened in central Moscow on March 1.

 According to a press release by Moskapstroy-Nedvizhimost, management company of the project, the complex is located on 2 Trubnaya Ploshchad.

 The press release says Neglinnaya Plaza is a whole neighborhood with the area of 75,000 square metres that contains commercial premises, an A-class business centre and residential apartments.

 The structure of Neglinnaya Plaza built in a form of the complete square is, in fact, a city in the city – the outside sectors of the house are intended for offices and shopping spaces, the inner part closed by an old-fashioned facade is intended for elite housing.

 The total area of the retail centre included in the complex equals 14,000 square metres, the area of offices is 10,000 square metres, the residential apartments occupy 7,400 square metres.

 The anchor tenants of the complex are: M.VIDEO, Evrodom, Azbuka Vkusa supermarket (there also are Goodman, Il Patio, Planeta Sushi, boutiques and a gallery of modern art on the ground floor), the press release specifies.

 A residential area of Neglinnaya Plaza is located in the inner court and represents four club-type mansions with various numbers of storeys and connected with each other.

 There is an up-to-date multilevel underground car park with a capacity of 404 parking spaces. Its total area equals 16,200 square metres.

 The construction work has being done by the specialists of JSC Concern MonArkh. The ceremony of laying the first stone of Neglinnaya Plaza was held in autumn 2004.
