RusSEZ Announced New Head
OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 March 2008 was announced, that According to order of the Government of the Russian Federation A. A. Alpatov was appointed the head of Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones (RusSEZ).
A. A. Alpatov earlier held the office of deputy head of RusSEZ.
Andrei Alekseevich Alpatovs was born on February 10, 1963 in. Belaya Kholunitsa of Kirov Region.
Graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1986), post-graduate course of the Economic Academy (1995), doctorate of the Higher school of privatization and business (2000).
Since 1986 on 1990 Worked in All-Union electro-engineering institute as an engineer, research assistant, director of research-and-technical centre.
From 1991 to 1996 worked in Kirov as manager of the Vyatka universal commodity exchange, investment, non-governmental pension fund.
Since 1996 to 1998 - first deputy chairman of the Property management committee of Kirov Region.
Since 1998 to 2000 - internal doctorate of the Higher school of privatization and business (doctoral student ).
Since 2001 to July 2004 - chief of the Department of Land Resources Management, deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Russian Federation.
Since July 2004 to June 2005 - President of the Interregional self-governed organization of land market participants and real estate (NP ISGO "Land and real estate").
In 2005-2007, - deputy chief of the Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Resources.
In January, 2007 was appointed deputy head of the Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones.
