By Resolution of Board of Agency dated February 26, 2008 #23 was stopped for six months' term the action of license of PAIMO Bailyk Asset Management JSC (daughter organization of Eurasian bank JSC) for conduction of broker and dealer activities without the right of  maintenance of clients' accounts as nominal holder, given to it on November 15, 2007 under # 0402200331, because of violation of closing deals with securities.
