OREANDA-NEWS. On March 03, 2008 the European Commission started implementing a project to support small and medium size enterprises in Ukraine, the European Commission office in Ukraine reported.

A project entitled "Supporting Development of Small and Medium-Size Businesses in Ukraine - International Dimension" was launched in Lviv (West Ukraine). The project is financed by the European Union.

The project aims to improve the governmental policy, provide expertise, promote the establishment of commercial ties with companies from the EU and other countries etc.
