OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2008. Russian Railways is to select the best proposals to implement its project "Selection of a Strategic Partner for the Manufacture and Supply of a Model Range of Double-Decker Passenger Coaches with the Phased Localisation of Production in the Russian Federation", reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.

Proposals may be submitted until April 30 2008 to Office 415, 12 Novoryazanskaya Street, Moscow, Russia. Proposals may be submitted between 9.30 and 12.00 and 12.45 and 17.30 Monday to Thursday and to 16.30 on Friday.

The proposal requirements, as well as the procedure for, and the terms of, proposal submissions can be found in the information material at www.rzd.ru. Any information regarding the project itself and the information materials will be provided upon request immediately after signing a non-disclosure deed.
