OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 March 2008 was announced, that a 420-room 3-star hotel is to be built in South Butovo, southeast Moscow, in 2 years to come.

“A 3-star hotel designed for 420 rooms with a car park for 141 parking spaces is planned to be built opposite 56 Chechersky Proezd, on the 0.98-hectare site,” a source from the city administration of Moscow said. The area of the hotel will equal about 42,800 square metres and its height with a spire will be 99.3 metres.

The estimated investment in the construction of the object will total 1.66 billion roubles, the source added.
