OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2008. On 14th March 2008 an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” will be held. Within the meeting an issue on preparation measures aimed at bond placement will be considered.

If it receives shareholders approval the company will consider the necessity of the bond issue depending on current financial requirements for implementation of the investment programme and possible acquisition and merger transactions.
