OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2008. The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of Russian securities, announced today that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called for 20 March, 2008.

The date was fixed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held 21 Feb. The AGM is to consider amendments to NDC’s profit and loss budget for 2008. NDC’s Board approved the proposed modifications to the profit and loss budget for 2008 and to the capital expenditures and investments budget for 2008. The Board has recommended AGM approval of both budgets as amended.
