OREANDA-NEWS. On February 28, 2008 Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the excerpt from protocol of session of bank's Board of directors dated February 21, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document bank's Board of directors accepted the next decisions:

- to set since March 12, 2008 the quantitative staff of bank's Board in amount of 6 persons;

- to stop ahead of time since March 12, 2008 the authorities of next members of bank's Board: Akhmedova E.I. (deputy Chairman of Board), Medvedeva T.L. (deputy Chairman of Board), Utemisov P.I. (deputy Chairman of Board), Akpeisova R.Z., Berlizayev V.N.;

- to select Bichurina A.A. as member of bank's Board since March 12, 2008.
