Retail and Entertainment Complex Opened in South Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 February 2008 was announced, that the TEN Group of Companies opened Oblaka [Clouds] retail and entertainment complex on 22A Orekhovy Boulevard, south Moscow.
According to the developer’s press release, the total area of the complex is about 96,000 square metres. It contains 4 hypermarkets and 120 stores. There are 3 floors of retail outlets and 3 levels of parking with the capacity of 1,500 cars in Oblaka.
The Real Estate Holders Association called The TEN Group of Companies was established in 1994. The main areas of the company business are development and administration of commercial real estate.
Among the projects realized by GC TEN are Gorod [City] retail complex with the area of 133,920 square metres, L-153 retail complex with the area of 65,000 square metres, the 7,800-square-metre shopping centre near Kuzminki station of the Moscow Metro, Avia-Plaza business park of B+ category with the area of 40,000 square metres.
