On 28 February 2008 JSC Sitronics, a leading provider of telecommunications, IT and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, announced that the Board of Directors has re-elected Denis Muratov as Chairman of the Board for another term. Mr. Muratov is Vice President for Innovations and Science at SISTEMA.

The Board has approved the appointment of the following members to the Management Board:

• Konstantin Khachaturov, Vice President, Corporate Development of Sitronics
• Pavel Pavlovsky, Vice President, Head of Sitronics' Telecom Solutions Division
• Vladimir Yasinsky, Chief Executive Officer, Kvazar-Micro
