OREANDA-NEWS. Starting with February 21, 2008 the shareholders register of the Bank “Sankt Petersburg” is maintained by the CJSC Moscow Central Depositary (MCD).

The decision to terminate an agreement with CJSC “Petersburg Central Registration Company” (PCRC) and to appoint a new registrar was approved at the Supervisory Council meeting of the Bank “Sankt Petersburg” on December 25, 2007.
