OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2008. SibCOTES took part in the Construction Exhibition Stroysib-2008 held within the Siberian Fair, Novosibirsk, on February 19-22, 2008. The exhibition attracted over 400 companies from 40 cities of Russia, Germany, Korea, Finland, France, Switzerland, and the Ukraine. The projects prepared by our Structural Department and Engineering Systems Department were presented in SibCOTES’ booth. The project list included both implemented projects and those in progress, such as apartment buildings in Lomonosova and Kropotkina streets, office building in Yadrintsevskaya street, Health Centre in Lineynaya street, Toyota Centre in Frunze street.   

At present, SibCOTES’ specialists are providing field supervision for the construction of an apartment building in Dobrolyubova street, office building in Voyennaya street, and design services for Lexus Centre and Porsche Business Centre. The project of the Centre for the sale and after-sale support of Nissan vehicles in Bolshevistskaya street with its the total area of 9000 m2 was of special interest for the participants.  

According to Tatiana Telichko, Head of Structural Department, SibCOTES always finds some useful information about modern trends in the construction market attending Stroysib-2008 every year. Unfortunately, today, many advanced European innovations do not find their way to the Russian market, which cannot afford their high prices. Nevertheless, SibCOTES keeps abreast with the time and includes new technologies and materials in its projects whenever possible.
