On February 26, 2008 Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about results of offering of bank's shares dated January 30, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC was divided into 180,316,695 common shares and included into State register of securities under number A3628.

According to notification of AFS as of December 15, 2007 50,000,000 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital is formed in size of KZT36,295,110,000.00.
