OREANDA-NEWS. On February 21 the celebratory concert devoted to the Defender of the Motherland Day took place in the Rostov regional hospital of veterans of wars. Its organizer was Empils, the representatives of which come to the hospital annually to deliver gifts and to congratulate medical staff and patients undergoing medical treatment. This year 2 air conditioning systems which will be installed in the medical treatment room were donated to the hospital.

Y. A. Yunoshev, Chief of the Hospital and Head Physician, has expressed gratitude to Empils' management and team for the rendered corporate assistance: "The company was among the first to congratulate us on the holiday. During sixteen years Empils has been regularly helping our hospital with paint and varnish for the repair work, equipment necessary for treatment, and has been giving an excellent concert for veterans on the eve of February 23. When we have problems, we first of all try to turn to those who can really help us. And Empils is among those, unfortunately, few Rostov enterprises which are attentive to the hospital needs and trying to help us. Let’s wish the whole Empils' team success in work, robust health and hope that their attitude toward elderly people will continue to be respectful and careful like now".

On the eve of the holiday not only elderly people but also young men gathered in the assembly hall of the hospital, in fact the Defender of the Motherland Day is a holiday which unites veterans of the Second World War, home front workers, Afghan war veterans and soldiers who were fighting in hot spots worldwide. The actors of the Rostov philarmonic society, diploma winners and laureates of various musical competitions appeared on the stage. They sang favourite songs of different years — national, military and lyrical. The concert has brightened up the everyday life of patients undergoing treatment, who were singing together with singers, sometimes even with tears in their eyes, and who sincerely thanked the organizers of the concert.
