OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 February 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine, suspended a credit rating assigned to Simferopol-based European Bank for Development and Savings OJSC due to the recall of a license and liquidation proceedings (NBU`s Resolution #39 dated February 22, 2008 On the recall of a banking license and initiation of the liquidation proceedings against European Bank for Development and Savings Open-Joint Stock Company.

Before the rating`s suspension, the Bank had a long-term credit rating of uaBB- assigned according to the National Rating Scale with negative outlook. Since December 2007 the Bank`s rating has remained on Rating Watch List with negative outlook.
