OREANDA-NEWS. February 26, 2008. The RAO UES Reorganization Commission held a meeting to consider procedural matters relating to the completion of the Company's reorganization, reported the press-centre of RAO "UES of Russia".

In particular, the Commission considered the proposed record dates for the completion of the reorganization, 6 June 2008 and 11 June 2008.

The Commission decided to hold preliminary consultations in the next few days with the registrars and securities depositories holding shares of RAO "UES of Russia" and the post-restructuring companies so as to review the procedure for distribution of post-restructuring companies' shares among RAO UES shareholders.

After that, the record date will be submitted for approval of the RAO UES Board scheduled to be held in March.
