February 26, 2008.  The next stage of negotiations between Russian "Inter Russian United Open Society Power Systems" and joint-stock company "Azerenerji" on sale and purchase of electric power has come to the end on February, 22nd of current year. The vice-president of joint-stock company "Azerenerji" has informed on it to press-service of national power branch Marlen Asgerov. The vice-president has noted, that with "Inter Russian United Open Society Power Systems" is signed the new bilateral agreement on sale and purchase of electric power. Under this document the parties will operate by three-tariff mode. So, it has been solved during import-export to enter the uniform cost for 1 KVt/h for each party depending on day time, night and peak time.
