OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2008 Kazinvest Kazakhstan Investment Promotion Center informed that 2nd International Conference "Asia Society" will take place on June 12-14 2008 year, in Astana, Kazakhstan.

The agenda includes discussion of wide range of issues on the economy in six sections: diversification of the economy, sustainability of the financial system, industrial-innovation development, investment and energy policy, regional cooperation, trade.

Estimated participation: representatives of leading American companies, leading international banks and funds, international and regional organizations, heads of foreign offices of Central Asian countries, Caucasus, Mongolia, Afghanistan, experts and businessmen of Asian, European and American countries.
