OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2008 was announced, that Karavan Real Estate Ltd. plans to sell its mall located in Kyiv, said company chairman Denis Sluchinsky. The deal is planned to be conducted by the late 2008 or early 2009 and valued at USD 200 mln. The proceeds will be directed at purchasing new land plots.
