OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2008 was announced, that according to the decision of Bank Austria Creditanstalt, 100% shareholder of UniCredit Bank, Roberto Nikastro and Robert Zadrazil became members of UniCredit Bank Supervisory Board.

Roberto Nikastro (43) in 1989 graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and got a Degree in Business Administration. At the same time he was a guest researcher at Bocconi University Business Management School. He started his business career after graduation at M & A Department of Salomon Brothers in London. In 2 years he became Senior Manager at McKinsey & Co. In 1997 Roberto Nikastro joined Credito Italiano as the Head of Planning and Participations, in 2000 he became the Head of the New Europe Division of the UniCredit Group, where he was in charge of developing and running a leading position in Central and Eastern Europe. In a year Mr. Nikastro became Deputy General Manager, and from August 2003 — the Head of the Retail Division and Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Banca in charge of Italian Retail. From July 2007 he was appointed the Group Deputy CEO with the responsibility for the “Retail”, “Central Eastern Europe (CEE)”, “Poland’s Markets” Divisions and for the new “Household Financing” Department.

Now Roberto Nikastro is also Member of Supervisory Board HVB in Munchen and Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG in Vienna, Chairman of Banco di Siciliav, Member of the Board of UniCredit Consumer Financing in Milan.

Robert Zadrazil (37) graduated from TGM Technical College in Vienna Communications with a diploma in Engineering and Electronics. Besides he is currently studying business management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where he will receive diplomas in “Corporate management” and “Controlling / banking”.

From 1996 he founded a company, specialising in project management, IT and organisation. His activities there included, among other things, project work for Bank Austria Creditanstalt. From 1996 he was in charge of business process optimisation in the commercial loans segment, in 1998 worked on the loan application for risk minimisation and process optimisation KARISMA. From 1999 he coordinated a Project for the Mainframe Resource Consumption project (Target System Tuning / IT-AUSTRIA / DSI / Group Organisation). In a year he took part in HVB — BA-CA integration in Central Project Office. From 2001 Mr. Zadrazil was an Assistant to the Retail board member of BA-CA in Vienna in charge of Management of the Retail division in the “Banking for Success”. In the end of the year he was appointed the Deputy Head of Retail Organisation and in a year after that — the Head of Retail Organisation department. In 2003 he participated in establishing the COO-Division and Cost-saving Program in HVB, Munich. Soon he was appointed Head of Bank Organisation department. From 2004 he was a Head of the ORG / IT Management division, first in HVB and then, after acquisition, in UniCredit Group. From January 2006 he was appointed Member of the Managing Board of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Global Banking Services.

Within the Group Robert Zadrazil is also Member of the Board (COO) of Bank Austria Creditanstalt Global Banking Services (GBS), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WAVE Solutions Information Technology GmbH, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Informations-Technologie Austria, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of DOMUS Facility Management GmbH, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Domus Bistro GmbH, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Domus Clean Reinigungs GmbH, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BA-CA Administration Services GmbH, Non-executive member of Board of administration of UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bulbank AD, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS UniCredit Bank Latvia, Member of the Supervisory Board of Zagrebacka Banka DD, Member of the Supervisory Board of BKS Bank AG, Member of the Supervisory Board of HVB Information Services GmbH.

Accordingly the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank now consists of the following members: Chairman of Supervisory Board Erich Hampel, Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board Wilhelm Hemetsberger, and also Tomas Gros, Carlo Marini, Henning Giesecke, Peter Koelle, Roberto Nicastro, Robert Zadrazil — Members of Supervisory Board.
