OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2008 the latest company of VS Energy Group announce a corporate bond is KirovohradOblenergo. The term and interest are the same as for the other companies of the group – five years with 15% p.a. paid quarterly. The amount is US$ 23.8 mn.

KirovohradOblenergo is the last company to follow its brethren from the VS Energy group and issue a corporate bond. The larger amount reflects the magnitude of the problems at the company, which operates in an area with a number of ailing brown coal mines.
