On February 20, 2008 Eurasia bank JSC (Almaty, further - the bank), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had notified KASE by the official letter that on February 14, 2008 Board of directors of bank accepted decision about enclosing of purchase-sale agreement with Eurasia Capital JSC (Daughter organization of Joint stock company Eurasian bank) (Almaty) about selling of bank's bonds, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Details of enclosing deal are not indicated in the letter.
