Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan informed Fineko/abc.az that state registration of Gilan Sement limited liability company has been held. The LLC capital was paid at the level of AZN 40 and divided into 4 stakes.

“The LLC was founded by Gilan Holding financial and industrial group,” the Ministry informed.

There are 28 cement producers on country’s market. Last year Garadagh Cement OJSC produced 1.3 million tons of cement. Total domestic production makes about 2.4 million tons with demand for 4 million tons a year.
