Development of the region started in August 2005, when the first electronics hypermarket was opened in Voronezh. At present, the Black Earth Belt Region has 10 M.VIDEO stores, namely: 3 stores in Voronezh, 2 stores in Lipetsk, and 1 store in each Tambov, Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, and now in Stary Oskol.
