OREANDA-NEWS. February 22, 2008. Staff of MES RT at the meeting of the board, held in Kazan, on results for 2007 awarded the managers of the "Tatenergo" power holding with the prizes and honors. The board was attended by the Prime - Minister of RT - manager of Civil Defense of RT Rustam Minnikhanov, first Deputy Prime - Minister of RT Ravil Muratov, head of the Volga- Ural CD of regional CD center of MES of RF Valeri Vlasov and other officials.

Basing on results for 2007 the Deputy General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" - Director of JSC "RDU Tatenergo" Yuri Schelokov was awarded the medal of MES "For Fraternity for Redemption". Yuri Schelokov is the head of the head quarters of the Service of Power Engineering and Light Masking (SPE and L).

The service solves the significant tasks for protection of population and territories from emergency situations of the peace and war time. The award was given to him by order of Ministry of РФ for civil defense , emergency situations and liquidation of the Acts of God № 31-k dd., 28 January 2008.

Formerly the General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev, the head of the service of power engineering and light masking of CD of RT, was awarded the Honor sign of MES of Russia, and in 2007 he received medal from the chief of MES Sergei Shoigu "For Fraternity for Redemption", the service itself was awarded the Diploma of II degree. These awards became the appreciation of the work of "Tatenergo" holding in ten area of prevention of possible emergency situations on the power engineering objects and readiness of personnel of the power system to the coordinated and competent actions in the extreme conditions.

The skill to react fast and take proper decisions in any situation in the industry proved in practice in the course of many trainings, conducted both at the individual enterprises and in the entire holding. During the complex check-up of JSC "Tatenergo" in 2007, conducted by the Chief Office of MES Russia for Republic of Tatarstan, were held the command-staff training with the bodies of control over the forces and means of the Service of power engineering and light masking. Commission summoned that all of the planned training issues during the training in the full, with high quality, the goals implemented.

Actions of the emergency rescue formations as well as the management of JSC "Tatenergo" were highly appreciated by the watchers from Ministry of Industry and POWER Engineering of Russia, when the commission in 2007 checked the activities of the industry and object subsystems of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations with provision of fire safety of the JSC "Tatenergo" holding.

"I thank the power engineering specialists for the high degree of the readiness to action", - said the Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of RT Rafis Habibullin, appraising the results of the held in September 2007 at Kazan CHP-1 the demo-classes for inter-relation of the responsible services and methods of control in the area of CD and protection from ES, held as part of All- Russia training courses.
