OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 February 2008 was announced, that General Director of IDGC of Centre Evgeny Makarov met Governor of the Bryansk area Nikolay Denin.

The agreement on integration of the Bryansk area's electric networks into the structure of IDGC of Centre, OJSC was reached at the meeting. For this purpose, the commission will be established which is to develop a mechanism of association of grid complex of the area.

The commission will consider possible variants of the mechanism of integration, develop and submit for approval a schedule plan of actions and list of documents necessary for their realization, compose a list of regulatory acts necessary for realization of the project of integration, prepare information on the structure of Bryanskkommunenergo State Unitary Enterprise's property. The documents necessary for initiation of the integration process are planned to be prepared by July 2008. 

It is necessary to note that the first steps for integration of municipal networks have been already made in the Bryansk region. In 2006 the Administration of the Bryansk area, Bryanskkommunenergo State Unitary Enterprise and JSC Bryanskenergo signed Agreements on settlement of debts of Bryanskkommunenergo State Unitary Enterprise to JSC Bryanskenergo. On 26 December 2007, the Bryansk regional Duma adopted the resolution "On alienation of electric networks and electric technical equipment". At the end of 2007, the coordination of transfer of grid facilities for repayment of the debt in the amount of 28.6 million rubles was completed, and the contract of sale and purchase of real estate facilities of Zlynka and Kletnya regional centers and Vyshkov settlement grid facilities was signed. Since 1 July 2007 electric networks and electric technical equipment in these settlements were accepted in operative management by JSC Bryanskenergo. Simultaneously with integration of municipal distribution networks, JSC Bryansnkenergo employed people for these facilities servicing.

Nikolay Denin noted during the press conference held after signing the "Minutes of the Meeting" that the final transfer of networks will be realized till the end of 2009.
