On 21 February 2008 was announced, that The total mortgage portfolios of Ukrainian banks increased 110% yoy to USD 11.3 bln in 2007, President of Ukrainian National Mortgage Association (UNIA) Igor Yushko, according to Interfax. Yushko projected that the volume of the sector’s aggregate mortgage portfolio could grow by 60% by yoy 2008.
