OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 February 2008 was announced, that based on the results of 2007, JSC Gazprom Neft increased oil refining volumes up to 26.15 mln tons, or 7.3%, as compared with 2006.

In 2007, Omsk Refinery, main refinery of the Company, processed 16.5 mln tons of oil, that is by 1.4% more than in 2006. Refining volumes of Moscow Refinery increased by 3.4% and made 3.34 mln tons (share of Gazprom Neft). In 2007, the highest growth rates of refining volumes were observed with Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (YNOS): the plant processed 6.3 mln tons of oil (share of Gazprom Neft), that is by 33% more than in 2006.

In 2007, volume of light oil products production at the Refineries of Gazprom Neft grew by 9% and made17.47 mln tons. At that, Omsk Refinery produced 11.9 mln tons of light oil products, that is by 3.4% more than in 2006. The share of Gazprom Neft in the light oil products production at YNOS increased by 35%, reaching 3.67 mln tons.

In 2007, volume of oil product sale by JSC Gazprom Neft at the domestic market grew by 11% and made 13.2 mln tons. Export of oil products to far abroad countries was 9.67 mln tons, and to the near abroad countries - 1.93 mln tons.
