OREANDA-NEWS. On February 19, 2008 the project approved, involves both provision of credit lines and participation in the equity of the banks and non-bank financial institutions in Moldova.

The program will be implemented within 5 years and loans will be allocated for 7 year-period under the conditions stipulated with each financial institution individually.

The institutions that meet EBRD standards in the field of transparency of shareholders’ activity, corporate management and showing satisfactory financial achievements will be funded.

Funds allocated by EBRD, will be used for financing small and medium enterprises and provision of consumer credit and leasing.
