OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 February 2008 Jean Lemiere, President the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), met with the Sovcomflot President and CEO Sergey Frank at the company’s Moscow office.

The distinguished guest was informed about the current situation and the prospects of the development of the Russian shipping company, rated as one of five leading tanker fleets in the world. Sergey Frank and Jean Lemiere exchanged their views on a number of projects of mutual interest in the sphere of maritime infrastructure which could be implemented in the near future. The parties agreed to continue working on the projects on the operating level.
