As had informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that the bank conducted the check-up procedure of property of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC, being the pledge of execution of company's liabilities to holders of mentioned bonds as of January 1, 2008.

According to the conclusion of Bank CenterCrdit JSC, the state of pledge satisfies the requirements of the legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan, of prospects of bonds' issues and legal claim pledge agreements on the mortgage contracts (including pledge of mortgage certificates).
