OREANDA-NEWS. February 19, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) recognized that "Vitamed" Ltd., "Domovyonok" Ltd., and an individual entrepreneur O.Stepanova violated Part 11 Article 24 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The law was breached because the advertisements of their medical services for termination of pregnancy that did not contain a statutory warning. "Vitamed" Ltd., "Domovyonok" Ltd., and an individual entrepreneur O.Stepanova received determinations requesting them to stop violating the advertising legislation.
