OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 February 2008 was announced, that Motor Sich plans to cooperate with the Chinese in the development and manufacturing of cargo aircraft for the Chinese aviation corporation AVIC II. Demand for the four-engined aircraft for 2008 is estimated at 50 units, implying an annual demand for 200 engines worth USD 80,000, totalling USD 16mn (7% of in 2007 ordered engines).
