OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 February 2008 was announced, that ordinary stock of the Bank totaling 1.658 bn shares at RUR1 face value each was admitted to MICEX.

The issue has been assigned a state registration number - 10102142B, an ISIN code - RU000A0JPLQ6 and a trading code - TCBN.

First trades with the stock were made on February 5, with 10,800 shares involved.  Trades were priced in the RUR 7.5 - 8 range, with the average price per share of RUR 7.57.

President of the Bank S.N.Pushkin said: “Listing the stock on the exchange created a market tool which allows the existing minority shareholders to sell their shares and new investors to buy shares in a convenient and prompt manner.  We are confident that this move will increase appetite for the Bank’s securities both in the domestic and international markets”.
