IBS Gets New Director of HR
OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2008. IBS announces the appointment of Elena Danilova as director of the HR consulting practice. Previously Elena headed the HR consulting practice at Borlas, which is known to have strong expertise and project experience in labor management, motivation and payment, reported the press-centre of IBS.
Through the IBS/Borlas merger, the Management Consulting Department of IBS has formed the biggest and the most experienced team of HR consultants in the IT market, bringing together HR consulting expertise that is unrivalled in Russia. The team is made up of more than 30 professionals having solid project experience. Each of the team members took part in or managed implementation of large-scale complex projects for the likes of Svyazinvest, Tyumentransgaz, VTB24, OGK-1, GAZ, IES, Uralsib, Tyumentransgaz and many others.
The new team of HR consultants has already proceeded to implementation of projects. The HR consulting product portfolio of IBS currently includes
development and implementation of labor motivation and payment systems,
enhancing the efficiency of using human resources,
instructional preparation and support for automating the HR function,
development of business models and of the human resources management strategy.

Elena Danilova
1998 – graduated from the department of psychology, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
1996-1999 – worked for the department of human resources management, Institute of Civil Servants Further Professional Training.
1998-1999 – headed the ‘Strategy and Tactics of Turnaround Management’ Business Games Project under the Turnaround Managers Training Federal Program of the Russian Federal Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Service.
2000 – became Deputy Executive Director for the Street TV national TV company (Kiev, Ukraine).
2001 – became the head of HR consulting at PACC consulting company. The team of HR management experts headed by Elena Danilova carried out over 40 projects for Russia's top industrial companies, notably OAO LUKOIL, OAO YUKOS, OAO Svyazinvest, TNK-BP, OAO Sheremetyevo International Airport, M-Video, etc.
2004 – invited to work as Director of HR Consulting Department for Borlas Consulting Group.
