Belarussian Industrial Bank's Balance Profit Rises 1,8 Times
OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2008. Balance profit of JSC “Belarussian Industrial Bank” for February of 2008 comprised 340,9 million Belarusian rubles, that is 1,8 times more than for the analogous period of the previous year, reported the press-centre of Belarussian Industrial Bank.
Currency of the Bank’s balance as at 01.02.2008 totaled to 140,6 billion Belarusian rubles, having increased during the month for 20,7 %. Normative capital increased by 19,7% and totaled to 34,0 billion Belarusian rubles (or 10,8 million Euro), including authorized capital totaled to 16,0 billion Belarusian rubles (or 5,0 million Euro).
Attracted funds as of February 1, 2008 amounted to 70,7 billion Belarusian rubles, growth for the month – 10,1%. Balances on customers’ current accounts reached 32,9 billion Belarusian rubles, having decreased during the month by 7,7%; legal entities’ deposits amounted to 19,0 billion Belarusian rubles, having increased during the month by 40,7%.
Bank’s net assets volume amounted to 104.9 billion Belarusian rubles. Growth for the month is 13,0%. As at 01.02.2008 share of income-producing assets comprised 67,6% of total net assets volume. Main part of assets is comprised by credits to legal entities and individuals (47,4 %), funds with the banks (19,6%). Professional evaluation of credit risks ensured high quality of assets - share of bad assets as at 01.02.2008 comprised 0,7% of credit portfolio to the customers.
Bank performs all the norms of safe functioning established by the National bank of the Republic of Belarus for banks and non-banking financial institutions.
