OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2008. The Fuel and Energy Ministry of Ukraine intends to create a stabilization fund of petroleum products to the amount of 50,000-70,000 tons. Journalists learned this from Minister Yurii Prodan, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

According to him, today the volume of gasoline available at the market is about 10% up on the same period of the previous year. At the same time, the Ministry wants the stabilization fund to ensure stable situation at filling stations during periods of seasonal price surges.
