OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 February 2008 was announced, that the decision to create "Assets Management Company "Universalna" Closed Joint-Stock Company was taken.

The decision was taken unanimously on the foundation meeting of the CJSC.

"Insurance Company "Universalna" Open Joint-Stock Company, "Life Insurance Company "Universalna" Open Joint-Stock Company and Universal Capital AG (Switzerland) became founders of the Assets Management Company.

Olena Velyka, the Chief Financial Officer of "Insurance Company "Universalna" OJSC, was appointed a President of Supervisory Board of AMC "Universalna" CJSC.

It was also resolved by the decision of Board meeting to establish chartered capital of "Assets Management Company "Universalna" CJSC in the amount of 2,500,000.00 (UAH two million five hundred thousand 00/100) UAH; and to ratify the Charter of "Assets Management Company "Universalna" Closed Joint-Stock Company.
