OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2008. The work of the meeting chaired by first deputy Prime-Minister of Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Muratov was attended by the members of the Board of Directors of Tatarstan power holding: first deputy Prime-Minister of Republic of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov, minister of finances of RT Radik Gaizatullin, deputy minister of industry and trade of RT Farid Tuktarov, chief of the department of industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT Alexander Volodkevich, General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev and his first deputy- director for economy and finances of JSC "Tatenergo" Gulsina Minnehanova.

The agenda of the Board of Directors included the issues of approving the budget of JSC "Tatenergo" for 2008; forecast of figures regarding the payroll fund in the power holding; election of they members of the committee for HR and awards of the Board of Directors of JSC "Tatenergo" and other issues. At the meeting was approved the liquidation of the one of the last three in Tatenergo branches of the non-core activity – TatAISenergo – with founding on its base the Company of the same name with limited liability that will render to the Holding companies the info-communication services as the independent legal entity. Besides the Board of Directors considered the offers by the stockholders in the agenda of the annual general meeting of stockholders of JSC "Tatenergo" and approved the candidates for electing to the new members of the Board of Directors.
