OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2008. “AtaLeasing” OJSC increased the leasing portfolio  up to 2.5 million manats by  the end of 2007. The organization increased the leasing portfolio 93.10% in comparison with last year. 47 leasing contracts were signed during 2007. The total amount of these was up to 2.722 thousand manats. 

By the end of the year Baku contains 86%, other regions of Azerbaijan 14% – Sumgait contains 7%, Mingachevir-4%, Absheron -2%, Barda 1%  of portfolio till the end of the year.

The distribution of portfolio on spheres is as following: food and light industrial sector -24%, transport sector-21%, trade sector-13%, construction-17%, road infrastructure-8%, municipal economy-6%, house building-3%, other spheres- 2%.

The organization completed 2007 with profit  by signing leasing projects and got 182,1 thousand manat profit.

Profit showings for 2007 were as following: net profit-140.465,39 manats, correlation of the profit with capital (Return On Equity)-28%, correlation of profit with assets - (Return On Assets)-5.62 %.

Besides, the organization received certificate of ЭSO 9001:2000, issued new bonds and increased the stockholder’s capital up to 1,0 million manats.
