OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2008. The experts of the Eastern Research Coal Chemistry Institute have finished investigating the work of the biochemical plant of “Koks” public corporation and have given the recommendations. The results of the investigation were discussed at the session of the Technical Committee, which was conducted by the Managing Director of “Koks” public corporation. The Technical Committee made a decision about the necessity of building of the plant of liquid waste thermal treatment. Also the repair of the capacitance equipment at the biochemical plant is continued, the repair of one of the neutralizers has just begun. The Research and Design department finishes its work in designing of the unit of ferrous sulphate addition, which is used as a coagulant and improves the work of the biochemical plant. They proceed to designing of the third set of instant boiling for the cooling of water. “Koks” public corporation was one of the first enterprises in Russia, which began to apply this equipment. In 2007 the second set of instant boiling was put into operation, this year the third one will be put into operation.
