OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 February 2008 was announced, that solemn actions on summarizing and awarding of winners of VII All-Russia competition called "Russian High Social Performance Company” took place in the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow. JSC Lipetskenergo became one of 2000 participant enterprises from all Russia. The Lipetsk region at the competition was represented by six companies, among which are the following large companies: JSC Lipetskoblgaz and JSC Novolipetsky Metallurgical Complex, etc.

Minekonomrazvitiya (The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade) of Russia and Ministry of Labor of Russia were initiators of the competition with the participation of the interested federal and regional enforcement authorities, all-Russian associations of employers and trade unions. Since 2003, according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the competition is held annually involving the increasing quantity of competitors.
This year the committee for preparation and carrying out of the All-Russia competition was headed by Vice-President of the Government of the Russian Federation - Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Aleksey Kudrin.

Winners of the competition are awarded in several nominations: "Labour and Social Payments"; "Labour Conditions and Safety"; "Qualification of the Staff, System of Their Preparation and Retraining"; "Realization of Social Programs"; "Cost-effective Use of Resources; Ecology"; "Small High Social Performance Company".

According to Director for the Personnel Management and General Issues Ekaterina Mushnikova, participation in this competition is honourable as it testifies to systematic work in the course of increase in efficiency of the social policy held in the companies.
