OREANDA-NEWS.  On 14 February 2008 was announced, that in 2007 Rosbank maintained its leading positions in the domestic market of investment banking services. Cbonds Rating Agency ranked the Bank fourth among arrangers and fourth among underwriters. Moreover, Rosbank placed first in sub-sovereign and municipal debt arrangements and underwriting.
