OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 February 2008 was announced, that Allianz Insurance Company Western Directorate made insurance agreement property of Ukrenergo LLC, one of the largest gas traders in Ukraine. The Company supplies natural gas to agrarian and industrial companies, companies of engineering, construction, food industry and other branches of industry located in nearly all regions of Ukraine.

Allianz and Ukrnergo have already made property insurance agreement, particularly insurance of land, gas stations, and warehouse for total amount of UAH 10,000,000. Proceeding with partnership relations, Allianz insured office premises of Ukrenergo for the amount of UAH 16,800,000.

Insurance coverage under the agreement provides coverage on the following risks: brand, stroke of lightning, explosion, plane fall down, windstorm, hail; other natural disasters; damage by water from water supply systems, heating and canalization, and analogous systems; intended property.
