OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2008. With the view to further expand and strengthen the good neighbouring relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan, taking account of the severe weather conditions this winter and maintaining adherence to the principles of humanism the President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution authorizing the Turkmenbashi oil refineries gratuitously supply 500 tons of diesel fuel to the Republic of Tajikistan as the humanitarian aid from the Turkmen people to the people of the neighbouring country.
