OREANDA-NEWS. On February 12, 2007 Ukraine and Paraguay have reached an agreement on bipartite cooperation in the trade and economic sectors. The agreement was inked by Economy Minister Bohdan Danylyshyn and Paraguayan Foreign Minister Ruben Ramirez Lezcano, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

The agreement predetermines creation of the joint Ukrainian -Paraguayan commission on trade and economic cooperation, control over fulfillment and discovering new opportunities, tendencies and ways to develop economic relations, information exchange and arrangement of bipartite consultations.

The agreement envisages cooperation between the states in the humanitarian sector.
